كورس Follow Me! قام بإعداده مجموعة مميزة من المبرمجين التلفزيونيين
أنتجتها هيئة الإذاعة البريطانية في أواخر السبعينات من القرن الماضي لتقديم دورة مكثفة في اللغة الإنجليزية.
أصبح الكورس شائعا في العديد من البلدان الأجنبية كمقدمة رئيسية لكل من يريد تعلم اللغة الإنجليزية
في عام 1983 ، شاهد مائة مليون شخص العرض في الصين وحدها
